Office and direct lines

Alexandria Museum Pass Desk LLC operates from 18 Saad Zaghloul Street in the Raml Station district—walking distance from Bibliotheca Alexandrina via the Corniche and from Rushdy microbus stands. Look for the cobalt signage beside a seafoam awning; the office sits on the second floor above a stationery shop. Ring the bell labelled Museum Pass Desk and staff will receive printed samples of route sheets.

Hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, closed Sunday and public holidays unless announced on our door notice. During Ramadan, Saturday hours may shift to 11:00–15:00; call ahead if you rely on walk-in pickup.

Phone lines are busiest 10:00–12:00 when coordinators confirm Bibliotheca morning slots. Leave voicemail with travel dates and party size if lines are full—we return calls same day during office hours.

What happens after you submit the form

A coordinator reviews your selected pass tier from pricing, checks venue calendars for your dates, and emails a draft sequence within two business days for standard requests. Rush requests inside forty-eight hours receive priority queue placement once prepayment clears. You may reply with revision notes until your tier's revision limit is reached.

We do not share your itinerary with hotels or cruise operators unless you authorise CC addresses. Personal data handling is described in our privacy policy.

Request a museum pass plan

Before you write

Include arrival and departure dates, hotel district or cruise ship name, mobility needs, and must-see venues. If you already purchased museum tickets, mention receipt numbers so we do not double-book holds. For shore excursions, include ship all-aboard time with one hour safety buffer you prefer.

Read venue primers on Bibliotheca, Graeco-Roman, and transport to refine your message. Browse services for add-ons like photography liaison or Montaza extensions.

Response times by pass tier

Library Explorer drafts typically return within two business days because Bibliotheca slot research is concentrated. Corniche Walker requests add Graeco-Roman crowd checks and Qaitbay sunset alignment—often two to three business days in peak cruise season. Alexandria Coordinator passes require multi-day venue chaining and may take three business days unless rush fees apply. We email from [email protected]; whitelist the domain so drafts do not land in spam during travel week.

Visiting the Saad Zaghloul office

Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Saturday during hours listed in the footer. Ring the second-floor bell labelled Museum Pass Desk. Bring printed hotel confirmations if you want us to annotate taxi cards with Arabic addresses. We keep sample Corniche segment maps and citadel timing sheets for comparison before you purchase.

Emergency itinerary pivots

If a museum closes unexpectedly while you are already in Alexandria, call +20 3 4872 6190 during office hours. Coordinator tier clients receive same-day phone pivot suggestions when staff capacity allows. We cannot guarantee substitute tickets, but we can resequence indoor alternatives such as shifting Royal Jewelry earlier or swapping Kom el-Dikka for National Museum when queues are shorter.

Language of correspondence

We reply in English by default. Arabic itinerary appendices for taxi drivers are available on Coordinator tier without extra fee. French or Italian summaries can be arranged when Laila Hanna or Nadia El-Masry have schedule capacity—mention language needs in the form textarea.

Office accessibility

Second-floor walk-up; staff meet mobility-limited clients downstairs by appointment. We can complete entire projects by email and phone without walk-in if stairs are a barrier—note this in the message field.
